The Lazaridis MBA provides you with the business expertise required to succeed in your career. It also provides professional development workshops that allow you to take your career to the next level.
The ability to communicate clearly and persuasively can elevate an individual from being a mediocre manager to an exceptional one. We help our students learn and understand these concepts early in the program. Feedback and coaching are continuously provided to our students throughout their programs.
This guidance from faculty and other qualified professionals will help students develop their full personal potential.
We are happy to provide individual career consulting to assist in creating an individual job search strategy. MBA alumni and students can reach out to Dorota Rams-Skazinski, Lazaridis Graduate Career Consultant at firstname.lastname@example.org.
At Laurier, we offer many different types of career services to ensure that our Lazaridis MBA candidates are well prepared. The preparation we provide at Laurier will assist students in securing the careers that they are seeking. Our career services team offers workshops that provide guidance on career planning, promoting transferable skills to employers, interview preparation, networking, business etiquette, and negotiation. They will also work with you to improve your resume and cover letter writing, develop winning interviewing skills, and very importantly, show you the path to effective networking. We encourage our MBA candidates and alumni to schedule individual appointments with our dedicated MBA career services staff to receive one-on-one career counselling.
